wells also spawn loot

i found a can opener on a water pump recently, and according to the dayzdb map they can also spawn waterbottles and fruit. so it's apparently always worth checking a fountain for loot now.

I've found random loot, water bottles, canteens, gardentools, at the pumps at least as far back as .53.

found painkillers there. Altho, all the pills in the world wont keep me from starving a bit.
