Randomly Broke Legs, cant go through doors

So Im running around looting the prison island when all of a sudden my legs just randomly break. Im on the floor and I was going to crawl outside and go cut down a tree for a splint. One tiny problem, because im lying down its impossible to go through any of the fucking prison doors. Im stuck on a stairwell and cant roll up the stairs because they are to narrow, and cant go down because theres a door there. Im literally just lying here waiting for someone to save me. 

 

Seriously, this game has being alpha for like 2 years and breaking your legs for no reason is still a possibility, and I cant even go through a door. Wow.

Also this isnt a player discussion. Im troubleshooting on if theres anyway to glitch through the doorway....

You may be able to go to crouch position (do not advance) and then open the door, you may also be able to go from crouch/up and then use the vault/step over action.

Pro tip, always carry a splint/morphine but I bet you now know that already  :D

I´m not a "prison island" expert but I suggest to slow down your gamemespeed... at least at stairs.
