What about the reset of character/persistence?

Hi, im new in the forum, but i've been reading forum to see the news about Dayz, but now i have a question ^^. I write to ask if tomorrow you (Dayz devteam) will notice if servers be reset. 

 

I'm not an english speaker, sorry :)

Persistence is reset Wednesdays, characters are not.

 

Wednesday Server Maintenance: Scheduled weekly maintenance occurs every Wednesday, at 06.00 GMT servers will go down for about 3 hours. Duration may very.

Hi, thanks Kichilron, I know that persistence is reset every wednesday, but few weeks ago, on our private server we had a character wipe, so  I were looking yesterday for it :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I read the private character wipe was unintentional and caused by a patch or hotfix? The did a scheduled intentional wipe of the public characters a month or so ago.
