Sniper Deer stands:

 

like the normal deer stands but around 2 metres higher, spawns: Mossin, Dragunov(rare), can of tactical bacon (common), hunter pants,hunter jacket, LRS, PU scope, sporter 22, sporter 22 mags,  (just like the heli crashes these are at random spots, but there are only 8 spots in open fields around the map)

Yes sure. The game "needs" more buildings so why not do these

Put book in hotbar and press number assigned to the book.
