How Rare are PM-73 Mags?

I found 3 and was just wondering how rare these are? Also, how rare are blue press vests because I found 2, I swapped 1 for a high capacity vest and saw another in the train station. Just a random question.

So common on this patch .54 in police, and the main island.

 

Hi caps are probably more rare then the pk73 mag.

ive found the mags quite often now but yet to see the gun, where is it even possible to find it?

Mags, not at all.  The gun, still haven't found one.  Press vests are usually around in hospitals

Wow it's a shame they're spawning to commonly now. I remember when they used to be some of the rarest items in the game, along with the gun itself, blue press vests, and MP5's. But I guess that gives more incentive to find the gun, except for the fact that its next to useless unless urban PVP increases.
