Suppressor bugged?

I found a suppressor in a house. However I could not pick it up. It showed up in the "vicinity" screen, but if I right clicked and chose "Take" nothing happened. Couldn't drag it. Couldn't interact with it at all. Tried running away and back, also relogging. Still the same. This was the ONLY object in the vicinity I couldn't interact with, as I tried running around in the same house and other houses around it. Everything else I could interact with, but not the suppressor.

Tried logging out and back in to the server? Works if I put things down and they disappear, etc.

 

This does seem to be quite server-dependent though.

The suppressors are not bugged, but certain items, no matter their nature, sometimes still appear for some players while they were picked up earlier by another player.

 

There used to be another bug related to this, were you could pick up the item in question, but it would disappear from the player's inventory who picked up the item before you. It was quite frequent when the inception of items still used to be in.

What has been working for me is to drag the item away from inventory screen/window a couple of times and in the end I usually managed to pick it up.
