you have to re-add your custom thumbnail on youtube, as (on my screen anyways) I cannot see the thumbnail.

 

This has happened to me before, just wanted to let you know.

 

 

(and the -snip- was because I said this, and it looked like the picture was back, so I -snipped- my comment which is like removing it.)
