Do weapons actually degrade now? My AKM and MP5 are still both pristine after much use.

Currently guns only degrade if the containers in which they are placed recieves damage. I am quite sure that the current system is placeholder and that gun wear will soon be introduced, as well as the possibility of finding guns as loot spawns in other states of wear than pristine.

Will damaged and worn weapons jamm or have bad accuracy? Or both?

Will some attachments not even be possible to couple together with a damaged weapon? Maybe the weapon is so damaged the new handholder or magazine cannot jump into its place?

How will the negative effects of damaged parts be calculated towards total accuracy, durability, mobility and final performance of a weapon?

Im going crazy with these questions.

Well they dont have weapon skins like CS:GO

 

but yea guns should spawn in random conditions, mainly worn and damaged.

 

As a trombone player i must say most of the trombones at my high school are battle scared.

I tested it briefly. Quite accurate. And the fact that we can pack it into our...pack is quite nifty. And not needing a mag makes it a good alternative to the sporter.
