jeu buggé mais acheté demande de remboursement

bonjour, je vous écrit ce message pour vous signifier le fait qu'il soit inadmissible de vendre un jeu qui ne fonctionne pas, c'est pourquoi je demande son remboursement car l'ayant acheté je fut dépouillé de mon précieux pécule et je ne peut pas y jouer car connexion failed donc c'est pourquoi je demande un remboursement intégral du jeu.

Comment peu-t-on vendre un jeu qui ne fonctionne pas ?

Je ne sait pas je ne dévellope pas de jeu vidéo cependant je les achète et la première version de Dayz était pas mal dans son genre, ainsi je vous demande de me rendre l'intégralité du prix de mon achat.

Connection failed? That sounds like an issue on your end. There are hundreds/thousands of servers, if you get connection failed when the majority of others don't, then you might want to fix your issues. You can't expect a refund for a product you have purchased that you're not able to use because of your own problems. Try buying a car and then demanding a refund because you've not got a dirving license.
