I love the Trucks but we need Horns

We really, really do need this. I always find myself wishing I had a way of getting people/infected/animal's attention with a loud noise (other than the truck idling). It would be nice to announce myself ahead of time as well, so that anyone who wishes to greet me/meet me/kill me can get out to the road if I am passing through a town.
