Anyone elses game lags up on the new Exp?

First of all I love the new UI, but there is something wrong with it, when I log in, it's all good, but when I go on the server list imparticular I drop frames like mad, down to about 2 from a steady 60, and it is extremely hard to do anything, I have a decent rig and 2000 hours in the game with barely any lag, so my computer isnt the thing. Does anyone else have this problem?

I didn't even know we had an Exp update pushed out yet xD Too bad I'm leaving home for a good while, so I can't test it out ;-; Oh well, NASCAR here I come, gonna enjoy me some left turns!

Edit: My new default character preview doesn´t have any fingers, it´s more like fins.
