DayZ Adventures [Video]

[King of the Ashes 5]

I have made this short video because I think there is more in DayZ than just going around and killing others. I'd like people to be critical towards me so I can work on my cons and improve.

Not sure about the suicide at the end but I liked it. 

 

Through the video scenes of him sitting by the fire show up in between other cutscenes. He was thinking about everything that happened to him and later on you can see his friend betrayed him by robbing him. I guess it's not so obvious but now that it is pointed out it might be clearer. Later on he finds no purpose to continue and he kills himself.

I love the editing and music and most of the scenes.  A few things I would leave out is the parts where the game doesn't work correctly, like when you shot (44 seconds into the video) with no hand movements to eject the bullet (maybe shoot the scene from the other side of the weapon).  I would not have understood the friend robbing him because we do not really see them working together in the videos.  I did notice the handcuffs, but it would've been better to show the friend taking his stuff and running off (or even knocking him out).  The last scene was powerful but I didn't like that your body fell into the ground.  Aside from those points, I liked it!

Okay guys, thanks for the critics. Yeah I noticed these stuff myself but I thought they aren't that important. Next time I'll do my best and watch out on these things to make it real nice.

I overall liked it man! Could have maybe thrown a zombie battle scene or running away scene in but I liked it! Very good especially since u are new to it all ;)

Yeah I thought about that.

 

The thing is that I'm, as I already said, new to all this and it takes time to make videos like this so I didn't know how would people react. I guess spending hours on it would be worth it then.
