therandomredstone 432 Posted February 12, 2015 So I use TeamSpeak whenever I play DayZ. my question is; is there a way that when I press and hold caps, my TeamSpeak mutes, and when I let go of caps; my TeamSpeak unmutes? thanks
SmashT 10907 Posted February 12, 2015 1) On teamspeak, go to settings - options2) click on hotkey tab on left side2) click on Add hotkey3) Make sure "on key down" is selected - click on "no hotkey assigned", then push capslock4) Click on show Advanced options - scroll down to microphone, click on mute microphone - click ok5) Click on add hotkey again, this time make sure "on key release" is selected, click on "no hotkey assigned", then push capslock6) Click on show Advanced options - scroll down to microphone, click on unmute microphone - click okNow when you push your button to talk in game it will automatically mute your mic in teamspeak and unmute it when you let go :)

Thanks a lot, friend! it was SO annoying having to keep tapping caps after talking in direct. Ya saved me here :)
