Cannot connect with hive.

Hi, I use commander to play dayz. There are servers that it says are connected with the hive but when I switch between them I respawn from the beginning.

Does the hive mean that my gear and my character remain the same even switching between server? Or I miss something?

The hive has been down for about 9-10 months now - can't remember the exact date.

 

 DayZCommander is also out of date and hasn't been updated for about 6-7 months. Don't use it. Use Steam to launch DayZ Mod.

How can I launch dayz via steam? I see that there is another launcher "dayz launcher" it is good? I also already have sixlauncher on my PC because I use it for arma!

Dayz launcher works good for me. It uses the steam files so no issues there.

As much as I hate to say it, theres also survival launcher that works with both arma2 and arma3 including mods. Havent tried it myself yet but a lot of people seem to like it as its close to using commander.
