hi my dayz wont work at all

when i start up DayZ it comes do you want this to make changes to this computer i click yes then it comes up DayZ has stopped working then i click close then it loops until i dont let change my computer then a DayZ command box pops up and says "failed to launch game" or something 

i tried the whole dayz_BE thing but when i tried it it came battle eye failed to install but now it does the same as the normal way.

that UAC then? try shutting down steam, then right click steam Icon and 'run as administrator', also right click on DayZ in steam library>properties>local files>verify game cache

i did verify it but still nothing let me start steam and stuff two secs

also If you are trying to follow someone into a game from steam it can be a bit temperamental, launch game first then shift+tab then join friend

The "run as administrator" thing seemed to work for you. If you are up to it, you can completely re-install it. Or find a way to "auto run as administrator". I don't know how to do that from the top of my head, but I know its possible.
