So many servers with Join = kick

I read its against the hosting rules to display things like "join = kick" "keep off" "do not join"  but i still see lots of servers displaying this... i take it no ones bothered anymore ?

Yeah, it's a real mess right now, 1/4 of the servers i try to join are like that, plus all the 'magic men'... We need better tools to report server abusing and rule infringement.

This. They are pretty good about intervening where necessary, but only if it is reported. If they made it easier to report, I think they would get more reports.
