Interface is too big. PLEASE HELP!

I was trying to make my game fit my screen and I made it too big and now I cant see anything. Therefore, I cannot fix it. Is there anyway to fix it?

Change the Interface Size in your Video-Options.

 

Sometimes you will ahve to restart the game for it to apply.

I cant see anything when I start up the game. Its a black screen because the user interface is too big. I uninstalled the game and everything.
