I know you guys are probably sick of hackers. Just like me. But I wanted to share this video because I wasn't even sure if he was hacking at all?!

What would you have done?

My first thoughts were that it was just a variant of the "stuck animation" bug, like the one where players are constantly taking their weapons on and off their backs. This causes the sliding movement as well, but since he did seem to be aware of your location throughout, even through the trees and at long distance, the cheater option seems somewhat likely.

 

And last but not least, the fact that he was a worthless shot and a generally awful player, speaks in favour of him being a cheater as well.
