Splint/stone knife, crafting bug fix

Ran into a few small groups withing the world of DayZ, they were kind enough to help me with the Problem of crafting splints and Stone knives. I made a video tutorial to help out, since it seems like this is still bothering many players withinn DayZ.

Do I understand correctly that you can work around the bug where the stone disappears when you try to craft a knife with it by pressing F11 at some point?
