Bad FPS PLEASE HELP!

Hello all,

 

I am getting fairly bad frame-rates while just standing/running around in Dayz Overpoch 15-30 FPS. i recently bought a new video card to replace my old gtx 570 but did didn't fix the fps issue.

I have a Core i7 960 3.2Ghz (3.46 with boost), Evga GTX 970, 12 gigs of RAM 1333mhz. Are there any known issues or fixes for something like this? The game looks great and I'd love to be able to play it with higher fps.
