Vilayer Rcon ACPlayer interface Standalone

I keep trying to use the #Say -1 command from the ACPlayer web interface with Vilayer, but nobody seems to see the messages I send.  Does this command not work?  Do any commands work from the ACPlayer Rcon interface?  It's so difficult to determine what information on these forums pertain to the Mod, and which to Standalone.  I wish there were separate forums.

sounds like you need a proper rcon client

Evverything I've read says that there are no Rcon clients that work with the DayZ Standalone servers.  I tried to use DaRT V2 and it won't connect.

RCon only works with Private Shards if you're running a public server it will not work.

You'll maybe have to stick with global chat, unfortunately.

Thanks guys, it seems like that is definitely the case.  Not sure why they even bother to have an Rcon interface for public servers.  It does allow kicks, but it seems like that's about it.  Next problem is on to getting my scheduler working.  Thanks again for the confirmation.
