Just very slightly slower than the time it takes your target to move out of the way.

5.56mm STANAG = 884 m/s

5.45x39 = 910 m/s

7.62xSomething = 860 m/s

7.62x39 = 730 m/s

12 gauge = 404 m/s

.22 LR = 380 m/s

.357 = 360 m/s

9mm = 350 m/s

.380 = 300 m/s

.45 = 260 m/s

crossbow = 100 m/s

bow = 30 m/s *40 m/s (improvised arrow), 50 m/s (composite arrow)

Ingame silly. There are an infinite number of variables to all the different firearms and ammunition to just stick a number on it out of game.
