Dayz Launcher Won't Open

Im getting this error when I try to open Dayz Launcher;

I've been using Dayz launcher for over a week and it's been working perfectly then all of a sudden this happened today. I can't find anything on google for a fix. I saw there was another thread about this but everything in there didn't work. I have NET framework and C++ installed, I can't find this file (don't think I have it) "AppData\Local\Maca134\DayZLauncher.exe_Url_ko2kraly5yipi3ihxpzch3jlvbtopovi\0.0.0.6 and 0.0.0.7" and when I put it into windows vista mode it just asks if the app worked properly and it closes.  I've reinstalled it multiple times and have gotten Code 740 error first time I try to open it then I get the first error.

 

These are all fixes I've seen but none have worked.

uninstall

 

delete the maca134 folder from C:\Users\Tyron\AppData\Local\

 

reinstall

 

your user configuration files are messed up this will recreate them

E: Nevermind, found out it was just hidden because of windows 8, I'll see if this fixes it.

 

try re installing it?

I've reinstalled a few times, even reinstalled Arma.
