My only guess is he meant to say "within the next seven days". Still pretty early in the day, but I figured if they usually would roll something out it would be in the wee hours of the morning. While alot of server admins would love this I do not see a list of convicted players coming out. The old community ban list caused quite the stir back in the mod prime and that was completely user run.
