No 3 min without desync at a stretch

Since a few days I have more desync than sync. Nothing of my internet connection, hardware or software has changed. I can't play even three minutes before I encounter a new severe desync. Every server in different countries I connect to are affected. That's annoying. Has something changed concerning server and transmission?

There was some trouble just before Christmas but it is my understanding that this has been resolved since.
