TrackIR 5 demo with DayZ and others

Recommended Posts

Thanks Santa! I love this thing!! :)

I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting more immersion but also freeing up a lot of keyboard bindings.

It will take a while to get used to and depending on how you're going to use it you will always find yourself adjusting it further, because there's so many things to adjust and keep in mind that it's never quite perfect.

I have mine for close to 1.5 years now and I am still adjusting the settings and position from time to time.

Bonus: Gives yourself that little bit extra advantage in 1st Person servers, but keeps you away from those 3rd Person ones.

Yea I will mainly use it when playing hardcore as that's my preferred game mode for serious playing (less shape shifters, no 3PP exploiting and tons more immersion). It's not bad using it in regular mode either but it feels most at home in FPP and cockpit games.

I am still having some issues with setting up my zoom in/out tracking. DayZ doesn't seem to recognize it as well as ARMA 3 did. In A3 it works perfectly in every axis but in DayZ it seems to ignore my zoom. I know it's just a binding issue I need to figure out so any tips would be great kichilron ;)
