Lovley Can

Recommended Posts

So you know how when your tummy grumbles you eat food? most of the time out of a can? Well you know how they are adding in crushed Rasputin Kvass cans? Well I was thinking, whenever you get a Rasputin Kvass and drink it, couldn't you obtain the crushed can? Then I thought of something else, something REVOLUTIONAREH!! Whenever you eat any sort of food that had come from a can, it should let you keep the can! For example, you eat some canned spaghetti. good stuff.. when you are done with it, it throws the empty can on the floor! And if you want to cover your tracks, you could pick up the can. This is more realistic, kind of cool, and can make tracking other players that much more possible. Not easy, but possible.

Opinions??

in the mod you got the can back but personally I just threw them at people. Good idea though if you have the space.

Yes absolutly. I was trying to make a scary scene in a house where i was gonna put tons of cans around me and then kill my self with a shotgun in the middle, to give the next player who comes into the house a whole new game experiáns, a few dayz ago. Didn't wuite work out since they dissapere after you've eaten all so hade to eat next to all. Long story short. I'm all for it!

I definitely think that we should get the empty cans back and they could be filled with liquids; gas, alcohol, and water. The former two, once ignited, would work like a portable stove and the latter would be useful for watering plants. Furthermore, I think it should only hold liquid if in one's hands in contrast to if it is placed in inventory as the liquid would spill out and thus be empty again.

I should make another suggestion soon, that allows ANYTHING to become a container for liquid. nvm, because you cant store an open can of peaches full of water in your backpack, but with a soda can you might be able to..

You might need to sacrifice 5% of roll of duct tape to "seal" the container off.

I do hope they bring back the Tin-cans from the mod. I'm suspecting they will once they finish implementing the Zombie AI and stealth mechanics though.

I agree with the requirement to cover your tracks (if your worried about it) by hiding your tin-cans or otherwise leaving a trail of used food. Anything that tells me other players are playing the game (when I don't actually encounter them) is a good idea.

Helll yes make sure I can throw it at people and zombies. Maybe we can get this when we empty boxes of ammo.
