since the latest my character needs a hell of a lot of water! last night my character had just got the thirsty warning and i drank a full bottle of water and it was still saying thirsty.

no matter what i do he always needs to drink more!

I noticed that it does not update consuming items sometimes, it takes time to show up or it never does. Especially when you use Eat all/Drink all option. One way to fix it was that after you used "Eat all/Drink all", you just use "Eat/Drink" once, and it updates.
