So where do M4A1, ak supressors spawn? In exp I found them little bit everywhere.. But do they spawn helicopter crashes now only? or :)?

I believe they can be found at helicopter crashsites and the East ones can be found at general military spawns (at least I think - I found one at the NWAF earlier today, not sure if it was dropped or spawned.)

So the east one is supose to work for most of the pistols, the mp5k and the AKS74u.. My friend found NATO supressor at the xmas tree wich im pretty sure works for m4a1 :D

MOST, if your going to read and answer atleast read it proberly. I think NATO is the one working for fnx,m4a1, I dunno about the other ak's tho what supressor they got etc..

nope, nato ones don't work for the pistols either.

Picked up a couple of suppressors. NATO suppressor works on m4 and AUG, east suppressor works on ak101 and I assume other ak series (not sure about 74u though).

Neither worked on a cr75 pistol however...from what I understand there is a pistol suppressor and an mp5 compensator...

I can confirm that the eastern suppressor works for aks74u. Just can't seem to find a pistol suppressor

There is only 2 different supressors so either of them will work on the pistols, and since nato seem to be the one for west gun like m4a1 I would assume it does indeed work for fnx... And the east should work for mp5k. I have confirmed that east does not work on AKM. So it seems to be bit weird..

Once again if you are going to answer read proberly..Keep reading comments and you will see that I figured it out and that I know there is an NATO supressor for the m4a1.

The suppressor for the M4A1 is called a Suppressor 556 and is a rare loot item that can only be found at Helicopter Crash Sites. Since its Rare and not Very Rare, you can find it at 4-6 out of every 10 crash sites that you stumble across. The suppressor for the pistol can be found in General Military Loot and is Rare. It can also be commonly found in Teddy Bears under the Christmas Trees that are spread along major cities in Chernarus. Suppressors for any AK variant (just a wild guess) can possibly commonly be found at Helicopter Crash Sights, and Very Rarely in places such as Barracks.

Does anyone know the audible range of a suppressed gun shot? I picked the east variant for my AK-101 in a teddy bear while in novo but didn't have time to test it with mates.
