Open inventory while sprinting

My Steam overlay is LShift + Tab. When I am sprinting, I have to momentarily let go of LShift, hit Tab and then I can hit LShift again and resume sprinting all while accessing my inventory. You should try either changing your Steam overlay binding, disabling it altogether or use my method.

it was just an example...this game cannot be 100% realist or it would stop being a game. Anyway, I'll settle with whatever the devs decide

It can get pretty damn close, though, and most definitely should.

No, actually. If Day Z is not hard and realistic enough when finished, I will find a mod that makes it so.
