So played for 3 hours and had some nice gear, two guns, a sledgehammer and fully stocked. I log out to take a break. Decide that I don't want a break after getting a drink and a snack I sit back down. attempt to reload the game and as it is loading I head the sound of zombies attacking me. My screen still has the DayZ loading screen on it and as soon as I see my character there are three zombies around me and in a blink it says I'm knocked out?

 

I lost everything because of it loading me in the game...before it loaded me into the game? WTH?

Remember to always log out in a "safe" location. Away from cities, and zombies. Under a pine tree is a good example.
