Only thing that stays on the ground are, backpacks, guns, clips / magazines and protector cases / ammo boxes. Tents are currently useless, the only advantage of them is that you can store clothing inside them aswell and loose rounds, because at a regular server restart these will get deleted if they are on the floor. In the future, weapon degradation will be implemented, which will make your weapon get affected from the natural conditions where it is stored at, they will get ruined by time. But when they are in a tent, this natural degradation will not occur. Also, currently tents are useful to keep your stuff organized and also to store the items that are not persistent. Your list of things to set on the ground seems quite large since I can just but these on the ground, and store the rest in backpacks. As a side note, the thing that is deleted every wednesday is not only tents, all persistent items are, which includes backpacks etc. There are some bugged servers which do not get wiped weekly, hard to find though.
