Cannot join OverPoch

My friend cannot join any OverPoch servers. It takes him to the lobby screen then forces him to the menu. All of his stuff is up to date, right parameters, everything. What should we look for? Or should we just do a clean uninstall and reinstall the game.

Please note that we have no affiliation with neither Epoch nor Overwatch and can't provide support for it here. You're better off on their Forum.
