Standing on items

So I was looking Berenzino in the buildings around the hospital and I found a SKS and stood on it to grab some ammo off it and my screen flashed in pain like I got hit and somehow it ruining my pants my boots and broke my legs. This sounds like a potential bug anyone else have it happen?

A hospital is a dangerous building to venture into in Berezino in daylight - it was probably a rooftop sniper who shoot at you at far distance with a Mosin with a long range scope,

and he/she probably hit your legs, because equipment usually take damage where u was hit if u was bleeding.

It's a bug.

Probably,along the lines of desync and a survivor's high elevation,game registers the survivor like he's falling,thus the broken legs..

It's the primary cause of many insta-deaths without real explanation that had many players baffled likewise yourself.

This, most unlikely to have been a sniper.  Happens in many places with stairs and ladders.  Also happens to me a lot in military jails near the bunk beds on the second floor.  In fact hit me just yesterday on an experimental server up at Green Mountain.

Were you on the hospital roof? If so I call sniper who didn't account for bullet drop enough and legged you. If you were inside the building I call bug because a leg shot gonna be pretty hard when the windows are all around waist height.....would need some good elevation to float a bullet over the ledge and into ya leg :)

 

There was a lot of people dies in the mod thinking it was a bug (or hacker). When most of the time was a legit kill. Thing with this game is because its so open you can never be 100% sure you aren't being watched :)
