Server Whitelist(Urgent)

Vilayer rented a server to 7 days and up to now the server did not appear in the list, what's wrong about it?

 

I feel that this one there negligence on your part, because Vilayer said already placed your order and so far he did not appear in the list.

 

What should I do?

I rented a Villayer Dayz Server with a private hive about seven days ago, but it still doesnt appear at the game serverlist. The players have to conect with the IP. So, I talk with Villayer's guys, and they say that its up to you to put my server on the list.

I rented an official server to 7 days and it does not appear in the server list, so it was me step depends on the release of DEVS. Not fair to have to wait so long for something that looks simple.

 

It is not like the Devs are whitelisting every server manually and add them to serverlist.

 

It is down to your server-provider and you will have to open a ticket with Vilayer to sort this out.

Did you already open a ticket with them? Do you have a screenshot of that?

 

We here on the Forum do not deal with any of this anyway and the GSP's have direct contact with the Devs anyway - which is why there is no further action required from you.

 

I still don't believe that it would be an issue on Bohemia's site - sounds like an excuse on the GSP's end.
