Hack or just persistent spawn?

So i was in Berezino when i found a barn with this loot, all of the cases had 2 canteens and 1 bag of rice. My friend says it's persistent, but guys tell me what u think.

Probably persistent, but if not it could very easily be a hoarder. Don't jump to the conclusion of a hacker unless you actually have proof that it was a hacker.

When a case spawns, it is empty. If they all contained the same exact items like you say, then it was very likely that someone was duping. Duping is not hacking, and its kind of funny that your duper was cloning survival items instead of bullets. Prob handing them out on the beach lol.

Duping not persistence and absolutely nothing to do with hacking.
