Helo Crash (odd occurrence)

Was running in some location near Zelenogorsk, saw smoke in a field over a hill. Got super excited, ran that way, crested the hill, smoke was gone, and no helocopter... Wtf just happened in that situation. Please explain. Has anyone else had this happen? I checked afterward and it was indeed a helo spawn location.

Gas station (one just to north of Zeleno) blew up, or re-blew as someone else joined the server. Have seen this a few times, and yes, it's confusing as there's a spawn quite near it.

This, I bet, is the best of all the SWAGs so far.  I was about 75 meters from the gas station in Svetlo when it went up in a ball of flames on my right.  Scared the shit outta me and I did a fast 90 degree turn to the left and got the hell outta there quick as I could.

This has fooled me more than once in that large field and the worst part if you are the one that triggered the re-explosion on yourself.  So in essence you just trolled yourself :)
