i searching for clan bases i founded 1 abandoned base with a mk16 and mk17 sd sniper now i found another base abandoned too with a aks gold!!!!

can i take it? a guy said only who spawn these weapons get banned

I'm pretty sure that i've seen a post saying if the database detects an illegal item in your inventory it bans you there, Battleye may ban you for spawning.
