gg_wolf 56 Posted November 4, 2014 Hi all,The once popular http://global-gaming.co.uk/ server is now back up as a private shard.The GlobalGaming server was one of the most popular standalone servers holding the top ranked stop for over a month and constantly in the top 10 until we pulled it down last month due to reliability issues and the upcoming shard release, well it's now live.We have active & fair admins, also ts3 for members and whitelisting will be enabled as soon as its ready. Wow, OK, that was direct.... lol I can assure you that we are certainly not 'half assed' about our server. Our pre .50 sever was very popular and held the world top spot for ~4 weeks and was consistently one of the most popular servers. We are a dedicated group of gamers and conduct our business as such :) Like most private shards our community is just starting out. We have a fair mix of players who play how they want. If you want a simple farmers life then your more than welcome to set up and grow your tomatoes :). We also have an active PVP element (who doesn't :D), the choice is yours :). We took pride in http://global-gaming.co.uk/ being one (if not thee) top servers on SA. We want to grow a successful thriving community that caters for all play styles (that's a task in itself!). What I would suggest is hopping on our teamspeak and having a chat with the guys. Our password is currently disabled and open to all, so if you want to be friendly hop in and introduce yourself, explain to the guys your intentions and I'm sure they'll do their best to accommodate you. I do feel that communication is key to building a decent community but I will add that a couple of our guys have already been burned by so-called "friendly players" so expect precautions to be taken.
