Need some serious help

Hey guys, I am stuck/glitched underneath a building in cherno. I have tried re-logging and jumping/running into all the walls to try and glitch back out, but I'm still stuck there. Is there any "tricks" to getting myself unstuck (without dying)?

 

If there is no way for me to become unstuck, I need someone to come kill me and hold my gear. Need a trusted player that will return my gear.

 

But, if there is a way to get out without dying please let me know asap.

try rolling.. worked for me once.

and the jumping/vaulting towards the outside usually works after a long while

Go near a wall and vault repeatedly, try different spots and angles

I got out of it...without dying...

 

I started throwing my gear on the ground ( I was gonna see if I could come back and get it) and somehow this made me glitch back out of it. I lost all my gear though... It glitched me back out and my gear remained under the building :/
