Session Lost

Recommended Posts

It has been 2 months, for 2 months i've been waiting like a freak with a hope that you'll fix it

I used to play everything normal, then after that maintance[without an update] everything went wrong.
Anytime i tried to join a server i'd get Confirmation of changes "Session Lost"
I do not have any ban in-game.
My steam account is limited, but as it says on steam, that should NOT AFFECT any game.
I don't know what to do anymore,for 2 months i've been waiting,today morning i tried again, NOTHING !
I re-installed game,guess what? NOTHING
I'm running out of patience,i've been patient for 2 months, and nothing fixed.
You do something,i don't care what, your job is to satisfy your employes, and the way i see,i ain't satisfied at all man!
2 months,come on...
My steam profile : http://steamcommunity.com/id/jojada

I also tried experimental,..same thing man

Lets see what'll happen now..

Lets see what'll happen now..

you are not employees of bis you're a customer

have you posted about this before? have you looked in the bug tracker? have you had a search for solutions in the forums?

there are a few fixes to this issue

STEP ONE: Delete Battleye Folder in Appdata

Find the Battleye folder located in

"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\DayZ".

Delete this Battleye folder and all it's content entirely.

(To locate directory navigate through explorer or

Press the WINDOWS KEY + E to open explorer > In the adress field write %localappdata%)

STEP TWO: Download BEClient.dll

Go to Battleye[www.battleye.com] and download the 32-bit BEClient.dll for DayZ.

(Save it somewhere easily located, it will be used soon.)

STEP THREE: Replace old BEClient with the new one

Move or copy/paste the downloaded BEClient.dll to a folder named Battleye in the DayZ install directory (replace the already existing BEClient.dll).

The DayZ install directory is by default located at:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\DayZ"

(this is NOT the same appdata DayZ/Battleye folder as the one we visited earlier)

(To locate directory navigate through explorer or

Right click DayZ in Steam > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files)

STEP FOUR: Restart your computer

STEP FIVE: Update Battleye

IMPORTANT: Start Steam as administrator

(right click Steam and choose Run as Administrator)

Start DayZ and join a server, BattlEye should update correctly

make sure your antivirus isn't blocking either steam or dayz

Have you tried all the steps outlined in the final response from QA here: http://feedback.dayzgame.com/view.php?id=15981

Do you have any trusted friends that play DayZ that don't experience this issue, if so you could try your steam account / DayZ on their PC, if it works then this would rule out any issues related to your steam account being limited or vice versa to isolate if it is an issue with your PC/Network/Router/Connection etc.

This is a problem for alot of people. Seems to be some problem with BattleEye. Reinstalling the BEclient doesent fix this problem and its not a server-restart issue!!

We need a fix for this since many ppl cant play anymore.
