what is the secret for aiming?  I can't hit really hit crap and I also have a blurry gray screen how do I make it back to normal?

Eat, drink, and heal up.  Sprinting makes your weapon sway worse.  Don't use 3rd person or hip fire unless your using a shotgun at close range.  Ironsights, not the dot.

If your weapon moves around like crazy while aiming, even after resting for a bit, make a splint (rags or bandage+sticks)and use it to fix your broken arm.
