So I see no point of this item not having an effect when used on yourself.

 

 

As known in real life, when you get an adrenaline shot, you hear slightly better and blood flows down to your legs, so that you run faster. Adrenaline will have both positive and negative effects.

 

 

Before reading the effects: Reading at the internet some say this will have positive effects on performance and some say it will not, so this is also a discussion.

 

 

At all cases, using an epipen on yourself SHOULD have an effect. Positive or not, doesn't really matter.

 

Negative effects should be:

 

Your heart will thump and pulse will race, blood pressure increases. 

You'll turn pale due to diversion of blood from skin to muscles 

You will deep breather and faster due to bronchodilation and possibly hyperventilate. 

You'll have more energy due to increased oxidation of carbohydrates 

Blood flow to muscles and brain will make you hyper altert and hyperkinetic, possibly leading to agitation and aggression 

 

 

Positive effects:

 

Better hearing and run slightly more faster usual, just like when hydrated.

 

 

Any medical attendant can also clear a way for more positive effects taken from real life.

seems like what your describing above is cocaine lol. I thought It was added to wake you up while being knocked out so in that regard I see why you can't use it on yourself. But your wanting to use it as an enhancement drug correct hmmmmm if they can make it authentic then what the hell. I watched a medical video of a cat getting a dose of adrenaline/epi and he was shaking like hell no way you could shoot straight but I think you want more of a shot like this.

No actually you can "inject" epipen on yourself at the moment. But the only thing happens is the animation and my dude walking around like he was not shot adrenaline a few seconds ago.

I meant effects but I see what you mean if you use it on yourself you should get some reaction like if you used the morphine. makes sense sry forgot you could actually hit yourself with it. and if I know dayz I think the effects will have more negatives than positives but still I think it should have some kind of effect be it positive or negative just like booze or the morphine hell if it was made authentic you would pass out your toon would be nodding off every so often lol but then you could use epi but with the chance of heart failure.
