Dazinth 14 Posted October 13, 2014 I have not personally done so, but I did help make a video with my buddy to submit of a server who was basically just a Clan farm server and kicked anyone who tried to join. That was 3-4 weeks ago, the video showed him and myself being kicked about 20 or so times in a 3 day period and that our pings were low and it was not a battle-eye kick. The server is still running, and I join and get kicked almost daily just to see. So unless my buddy was no longer angry that he lost all of his gear and lied to me, it seems like they aren't doing anything. It could also be a long and tedious process to punish offenders. info@mojovisions.nl 2 Posted October 13, 2014 I can personally confirm action will be taken, as I've reported a few servers spread out on multiple hosts (Vilayer, Fragnet, etc). I once even went as far as to go back to the reported server after being told action was taken. Result: I was no longer being kicked by the admin for only joining the damn server (it was a clan server, and somehow they thought it was ok to kick anyone not in their clan so they could loot freely). Instead, the admin asked nicely on global voice to leave the server, lmao... BUT, they didnt kick :) Most hosts have some kind of a 3-strikes policy anyway, but reporting them DEFINITELY helps. dgeesio 1034 Posted October 14, 2014 i have evidence on a server. but i have to email 5 different server providers hope they respond and the server admin is punished. too much hassle. why should the honus be on us. we arent paid to monitor the servers . we did have a section on here to report but this creates more work for the admins so now we have to do it. so what ends up happenening is noone or very little will report admins that do abuse and the issues never get sorted. pretty lame. If you cant report a server with out stamping your little feet and screaming at the top of your lungs, then dont. R0B3RTF1SH3R 66 Posted October 14, 2014 OK this is getting ridiculous, just found a server called "Unstable Server DO NOT JOIN"2 players on it "mushy and bear"i go in. just my luck im at NWAF again. see a zombie running up runway. dead giveaway.flank right around. tell my mate who is other end of nwaf to log in get this guy.he logs in. runs down to box him off. i run into a guy in a tree. i thought was my mate, "i said red back pack?" he said "no no green + ballistic helmet "bugger me, its one the server owners, right infront of me in a bush back to me. he turns. a zombie is still attacking him. im like haha. shot him 3 x dead. then i said to my mate on voice. watch this the server will close now.2 seconds later. no loot for us.i instantly rejoin to see a red backpack sticking round the corner of the fence. his mate trying to peer over the wall to find me. hah i crouch walked flanked right around 90* to him. he peered out again. bam,bam,bam. your dead tooo. haha. loser. then said to my mate as im standing over his corpse. looking at all pristine, ak101,mosin wrapped, the usual lootwatch this he will close server again. bam 10 seconds later. server closed. then restarted again. i join with my mate again. can hear someone talking on voice. total idiots. restarting there server to get loot etc, then dont like it when they get wrecked by a better player and to stop me taking his loot close's the server.WINNER! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Don't start this again. You know it's easy. You know how to do it. It's not hard. You just fail to copy / paste E-Mails 5 times. If 3 seconds work is too much for you, noone can help you here. BI never had a report section on here. That was back in the days of the mod. There were no contracts between companies in place then. Today BI contracts several companies and it is a part of their contract to police their servers so to speak. BI has no direct control of the servers themselves therefore it makes no sense to report these servers to them. It literally is no effort to send an email to 5 addresses at the same time. If you're using a decent email client you can just enter these addresses once and then just add more replies to that "conversation" without ever having to input the addresses again (gmail does this for example) which is pretty much the same thing as posting the message onto a forum. Really, you have no reason to complain. The option to report these servers is right there, you just choose to ignore it. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
