Weird fps problem

Hey.

 

Before i could run the game good, but in the last days i get suddently 2-5 fps, No matter if im in the wild or in towns, its random. Also i noticed if i change my resolution (higher or lower] it gets better for some mins, then goes back to 2-5 fps. Other games are working normally..

 

I have reinstalled game and video driver but didnt help. Anyone know what can be the problem?

shutting the game down completely and starting it back up usually fixes it temporarily.  completely turning off post-processing seems to stop the really horrendously bad episodes permanently.
