Help! I became a Zombie, how do I turn human again?

I just found a new server which i liked, which is rare...

But the first time dying being sick, I turned into a zombie.

I have tried it before, but I have never known how to turn normal again.

Any help is very appreciated.

Well there's always the cure for zombie.

On a more serious note it would probably help to mention which mod of the mod you were playing as well as posting in the correct subforum.  Last I checked Vanilla mod did not have player zombies.
