So Battleye hasn't replied to my email since November last year.

Uhh... has everyone at Battleye died? I sent in an email about a global ban November last year, and even with an email almost every month since then I am yet to recieve any reply... [email protected] is still their email right?

If you dont receive an answer from BE, it is most likely because they have no intention of reversing the ban.

I can almost garantuee you they dont have the man power to personally respond to every single ban appeal they get, so if the data they collected on you are solid, i dont even think they will respond to your emails.

The email you wrote is correct btw :)

Thanks for the answer. It's just irritating when I've had to wait this long for nothing. I got banned on Arma 3... was accused of hacking (I'm not going to argue with anyone on whether or not I was hacking. I didn't and I know that, I don't have to make anyone else believe it) and I put up with it, it was unfortunate but I didn't play it much anyway so it was just a waste of money. Then I bought DayZ standalone when it came out a while later and played it for like 15 minutes, came back to it after a month and I was global banned. So lucky me.

You are the one responsible for the safety and integrity of both your Steam-Account and your computer.

If you really "didn't do anything" - then your computer is most likely corrupted and this is your fault, I am afraid.

We can't help you here even if we wanted to, as we do not have any power over it.
