Kicking from a server, what to do?

I am playing with my friend on some servers, and then suddenly we get kick!?!? ...as far as I know it is against policy to kick players from a server for no reason!

 

It stands that this server is Public, it has 40 slots, no password but yet people get kicked. Here is IP and it's current name:

Server name: "Community Server, Server Bugged, RISK OF CHAR RESET! ! !"

IP: 173.199.83.7:2302

Server Farm Tactic.  Trying to scare you from joining the server in the first place.  Report em as above so they get their server taken away without a refund :)

...they changed name now to: "DZC Community Server, PVP Novo! Works Perfect Now!"
