cant join servers since gamespy dogged hard

ever since gamespy left and i had to install arma 2 combined ops through steam everythings fully cooked, 

i have dayz launcher. i've reinstalled twice tried absolutely everything i've seen suggested like reinstalling battleye manually and other stuff

 

the problem is i cant join any servers as when i get into a lobby it just continuously freezes until im kicked, this is happening on two more than  capable computers in the house and i've even tried different routers.

 

every so often i can get into very low populated servers and it will freeze every few seconds until it eventually will run smoothly for a bit.

 

i used to play dayz mod religiously and would absolutely love to play it again

 

any suggestions?

Even though DayZ Commander isn't the best anymore, try it. I mean its worth a shot.

So I see, please accept my apology.

I had similar issues to you when using Steam or DayZ Commander and launcher fixed it. Deleting the Steam game cache might have helped too...

Have you tried running DayZ mod via Steam? I haven't played the mod for a while, but when GameSpy first went down I know that was the best option.
