Can't Join, missing file?

Each time I try to join a Day Z server, usually I either get bad version (stopped showing up, I thought I was up to date with the beta patch and everything?). But I also get, server is dependent on a downloaded file deleted.cheranus.

I cannot use the six updater/launcher either; whenever I use it my internet connection goes to limited access and shuts down.

I've bought Arma II, and Operation Arrowhead off of steam, I used to have Arma II Free downloaded but I removed that earlier today.

Can anyone help a newb out?

I had this problem for ages....You need to download ArmA II Launcher http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=8241.
